For Agencies

White Label Web
Development

An unbranded engineering team for web design and marketing agencies. You keep the client, the brand, and the margin — we build behind the scenes, under NDA, invoicing only you.

Most agencies aren't short on clients asking for custom web applications — they're short on engineers to build them. Turning that work away costs you the account. Subcontracting it out loud, with a vendor your client can see and start emailing directly, costs you the relationship. White label web development is the third option: Gotogler becomes your invisible engineering bench, delivering under your name while you stay the only face your client ever sees.

This isn't the same offer as our direct-client work. There, we're an extension of your in-house team. Here, we're an extension of your agency's delivery capacity — unbranded commits, unbranded staging URLs, a support channel your client never touches, and a contract that assigns all code and IP to your client, never to us.

Whether you need a one-off build referred out, a managed white-label engagement running under your PM tools, or a dedicated pod reserved across your whole client roster, the commercial terms are built so your margin and your relationship stay exactly where they are today: with you.

Three Ways to Partner

Referral

  • You refer a lead you can't service in-house
  • We scope and deliver fully under your brand
  • You earn a finder's fee, no delivery risk
  • No minimum commitment

Managed White Label

  • You stay the only point of contact with your client
  • We work inside your PM tool, at your agency-set markup
  • Unbranded deliverables, staging URLs, and support
  • Invoiced to you only, per project

Dedicated Pod

  • A named, ring-fenced team reserved monthly
  • Deployable across your entire client roster
  • Priority turnaround over ad-hoc project work
  • Requires a reserved monthly minimum

How We Protect Your Relationship

NDA & IP Assignment

A mutual NDA plus an explicit IP-assignment clause on every engagement: all code and deliverables belong to your client, never to Gotogler.

Unbranded Delivery

Commits, PR templates, staging domains, and support threads carry your naming — nothing that reaches your client says Gotogler.

No Direct Contact

We're contractually barred from contacting your client without your sign-off. Every conversation about the account goes through you.

A Separate Intake

Partner inquiries route to their own pipeline from day one, so a white-label lead never gets our direct-client sales pitch by mistake.

Questions Agencies Ask First

Will Gotogler ever contact our client directly?

No. Our partner agreement bars us from contacting your client without your explicit sign-off. You remain the only point of contact for every conversation about the account, from kickoff through support.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

Your client does, in full. Every engagement includes an IP-assignment clause transferring all code, designs, and deliverables to your client — nothing is retained or reused by Gotogler.

How is pricing and markup structured?

You set the markup your client sees. Gotogler invoices your agency only, at the rate agreed for your tier — your client never sees a Gotogler invoice or rate card.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Referral and Managed White Label engagements have no minimum — you bring work as it comes in. A Dedicated Pod is reserved capacity, so it runs on a monthly minimum in exchange for priority turnaround across your whole client roster.

Ready to add a bench, not a vendor?

Tell us about your agency and the kind of work you're turning away — we'll reply with the tier that fits.
